Entrants are required to correctly answer the prize draw question in order to qualify their tickets in to our draws.

SKILL POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE

Entrants have the availability to enter in to any of our giveaways for free via sending a postcard to our postal address, featuring their name, prize giveaway name, amount of tickets in to the draw along with the correct answer to the Prize Draw Question.

SKILL-BASED INTERACTIVE

Our interactive experiences provides users the chance to win a prize through completing skill-based outcomes on a Win or Lose basis.

As apart of the process of generating winners, we ensure that we follow the industry leading examples in the way promote fair chance to win. 

From showcasing authenticity with the way we conduct our draws, through to ensure our live streams are clear in terms of both video and audio outputs.

In a scenario, where customers are advising an issue with either outputs, our team would wait until the video and audio quality standard has been restored before proceeding to generate a winner.

We will always take accountability for any human errors caused at our side, which can happen from time to time.

As an example: In a scenario where a presenter may double click the Generate Number button twice by accident, we will rectify this issue by awarding a double amount of prrizes for both ticket numbers which were accidentally generated.

Before conducting our draws during our live stream, we will always conduct a Demo Run draw to educate the audience with how winners are generated at random.

DATE & TIME VISIBILITY

We will always show the current date and time during our live streams to reinforce the live state of our streams.

SOUND & VIDEO CHECK

It is standard practise for our live team to check-in with our viewers to ensure sound and video quality is perfectly clear before proceeding to draw a winner.

Winners are always announced at the end or throughout each live draw period. We reach out to each winner in private after completion of a live draw to arrange prizes or winnings.

We always publicly disclose a full list of winners via our social media presence. Instant Win prize winners and main draw prize winners can find their name displayed within the Winners section or table located on the prospective competition page, which is relevant to their most recent win.

LIVE DRAW ATTENDANCE

There is no requirement to watch our live draw even if you have purchased tickets in to a draw. If you should win during a live draw, our standard policy is to reach out to the winner through the contact details they hold on their account, after the live draw has finished.

Community Guidelines

Framework for maintaining a safe and respectable platform and a growing community.

The guidelines for our Community Standards, are a framework in which we have created in respect of maintaining a safe, friendly and respectable platform, in where we position the safety of our players, at the forefront of how our players and access and engage within our digital experiences.

Authentic

We assess the creation of accounts on a routine basis, and we will act to remove any malicious, fake or any accounts which portray a misrepresentation of account authenticity.

Safety

We have a zero-tolerance for players spreading misinformation, harmful and abusive comments, including any form of bullying, threats, violence, racial abuse and direct or indirect shaming towards any member of our community including our team.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting and securing customer data. We have implemented a variety of Privacy tools to enable users to take control over the data they wish to share throughout our connected experiences.

Dignity

We will take immediate action on any account identified to be sharing illegal,.degrading or shaming related content, media and other forms of attachments.

Account Status Identifiers

Account Healthy

The player account represents a healthy and well-maintained status and the player has full access to all of the digital services and connected experiences throughout the A4G network.

Warning Issued

One or more warnings have been issued on the player's account for interactions across our services which doesn't comply with our Community Guidelines.

We operate a three-strike process, meaning that account suspension will follow, if an additional Account Warning should be logged against the player's account.

Limited

This status signifies an account with partial limites placed on the account due to portraying actions which do not comply with our service standards.

Suspension

This flag refers to an account which has been suspended from one or more services due to not complying with our Community Guidelines and Standards. Whilst most suspensions are issued on a temporary basis, we may follow through with a permanent suspension on accounts which have demonstrated actions which repeatedly align against our standards.

ID Check Required

An account has been submitted for verification to prove the player's age requirement and authentic representation of his or her account. After our team has successfully verified the account authenticity, we will reinstate normal account access and any limits or restrictions will be removed.

Paused Account

Typically, when a player requests to pause their account or to pause access from using specific services, we will identify the account with a Pause flag, to represent that certain services or features have been paused in-alignment with the player's request.

Our response to taking immediate action against players who have demonstrated actions which misaligns with our Community Guidelines

We operate a simple three strike process in the way we issue warnings to player accounts which have breached our Community Guidelines. In an instance where the final strike has been allocated, we will suspend the account of the account in question either for a set period of time or in extreme cases, a life-time ban may be issued.

This will also include a ban against any debit card numbers used to processed orders through any of our connected experiences through the assistance of our payment processor.
